Smolich/Stevens Remodel This project included changing the two-car garage door to a single, pushing out the office to the front of the closed-in garage, and extending the kitchen to where the office had been. We added a family room to match existing architecture, pushed out the front door to the front of the new family room, and constructed a new front hall closet. The kitchen was completely remodeled, and all affected windows were changed to insulated vinyl. We also installed two skylights in the hallway.
